Starting Out
To begin working out at CrossFit Flood, you must start with a series of personal training sessions.  These sessions will introduce you to the exercises, equipment, and philosophy of CrossFit.  After you have finished your introductory sessions, you can choose to continue with personal training or enter one of our classes (subject to trainer's recommendation). The cost for the introductory sessions is: $225 for 5 sessions. Please contact us to schedule your introduction.

Classes
$100 / month for 5 days per week
$70 / month for 3 days per week
$180 / month for pairs (couples)


Personal Training
$60 / hour for one-on-one personal training
$80 / hour for two-on-one personal training
$10 / daily drop in
$30 / weekly drop in

Class Schedule
5am: Monday / Wednesday / Friday
6am: Monday - Friday
7am: Monday - Friday
4pm: Monday - Friday
5pm: Monday - Friday

Women:
9am Monday - Thursday, 8:30am Friday

Kids: 3:30pm-4:00pm Monday / Wednesday / Friday
